What is LIDO House?

LIDO House is a modern, new complex that will bring production, warehouse and office functions together under one roof. It will serve as a platform for sustainable growth – in terms of quality, scale, and the working environment.

Who is it for?

The complex is designed for LIDO’s food production, storage and administrative operations. It will serve as the company’s strategic hub in Latvia and across the Baltics, delivering more efficient operations and opening up new opportunities for growth.

What are its objectives?

LIDO aims to drive growth and enhance competitiveness by introducing modern production technologies, improving the working environment, and raising quality and safety standards. This will enable the company to expand its presence in the Baltic market and reinforce its position as a sustainable and innovative leader in the food industry.

Partnership and architecture

The project is owned and developed by SIA KP4 and SIA KP3, with whom LIDO has concluded a long-term, 20-year lease agreement. The architectural and technical solutions have been developed by SEP, a highly regarded architectural and engineering practice known for delivering innovative, energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.

Timelines and vision

Construction of LIDO House will begin in spring 2026, with the grand opening scheduled for 2027, coinciding with LIDO’s 40th anniversary. It will be a significant moment that will mark a new era in the company’s history.
