LTD “Aimasa” Selected as General Contractor for the “LIDO House” Project

When selecting the general contractor, LIDO’s priority was a reliable partner with strong expertise and experience in the implementation of large-scale projects. LTD “Aimasa” is one of Latvia’s leading construction companies, whose core business area is general construction, providing a full-cycle construction process from concept development to commissioning of the completed facility.

Project Goals and Scale

“LIDO House” will be a modern 16,000 m² production, warehouse, and office complex that, for the first time in the company’s history, will bring together the most important LIDO operational functions under one roof.

In connection with this project, JSC “LIDO” has separated its production operations into a separately registered subsidiary, LTD “LIDO House”. This will ensure centralized production for all group companies, significantly increase food production capacity, and provide broader development opportunities across the Baltics, while fully complying with the requirements of the Riga territorial planning regulations.
